Details: American of Martinsville's lead designer, Merton Gershun, was prolific and created "Accord," "Dania," and other lines of various styles. He also worked for Dillingham and a few other American companies. Accord is well-known for the metal "X" inlay and offset metal handles. These knobs are from an Accord piece with doors; several of the tall dressers and china cabinets had these.
